We take great pride in the community and it’s just getting better! First established in 1961, Belmont Shores Mobile Estates recently completed a multi-year, multi-million dollar renovation and upgrade of the park’s infrastructure, including new electric systems, water lines, sewer, storm drains, pump stations, water filtration systems, LED street lighting, roadways, landscaping enhancements, and a beautifully remodeled clubhouse facility. The large community pool, spa and view deck were also recently renovated for our residents to enjoy.

Future plans are in place for an inviting new Main Entrance, new exterior fencing, and drought tolerant, native landscaping. Additionally, we will be welcoming the addition of several brand new manufactured “statement” homes throughout the park, along with the new neighbors who will be joining us at BSME.
